I wonder, do people really just accept republican BS? It's not hard to investigate the rhetoric and discover the truth.

FactCheck.org - McCain has repeatedly claimed that Obama would raise tax rates for 23 million small-business owners. It's a false and preposterously inflated figure.

General's Probe of Abu Ghraib Finds Bush Officials Guilty of War Crimes

McClatchy - The Army general who led the investigation into prisoner abuse at Iraq's Abu Ghraib prison accused the Bush administration Wednesday of committing "war crimes" and called for those responsible to be held to account.

The remarks by Maj. Gen. Antonio Taguba, who's now retired, came in a new report that found that U.S. personnel tortured and abused detainees in Iraq, Afghanistan and Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, using beatings, electrical shocks, sexual humiliation and other cruel practices.

E&D - Americans' opinions of President Bush dropped even lower after viewing the Scott McClellan interview on The Today Show, according to a study conducted yesterday by HCD Research and the Muhlenberg College Institute of Public Opinion.

McClellan, of course, is the former White House press secretary whose new book includes strong criticisms of Bush.
